At the Survival Prep Store, we primarily use UPS for shipping products to our customers. Our products may be shipped from several fulfillment centers and may arrive in separate packages and at different times depending on the items purchased. We are dedicated to shipping all orders we receive as fast as possible. Typically our orders ship within 48 hours, but our normal claim for shipping is 2 - 5 days, just to be safe.
Please be sure you inspect your product after you receive to ensure there is no problems with the merchandise and that it has not been damaged through shipping. If an item has been damaged through shipping, you will need to contact UPS at 1-800-PICK-UPS and let them know of the problem. There, they will walk through the process of investigating the issue and assist you.
If the product is damaged, it should be reported within 2 weeks by calling (816) 200-2305, or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We must have the original box with tracking label attached for a UPS claim. Many of the products we sell are covered by a manufacturer's warranty that requires items to be sent directly to the manufacturer for replacement of repair. If something is not working properly (i.e. a radio or flashlight), you may file for return authorization by clicking here.
